Sustainable Fishing

When it comes to Fish and Chips, Haddock & Cod are the most eaten species in the UK. It's important for us that species are able to reproduce and maintain healthy levels of stock.

At The Colonel’s Fish & Chips, we’re committed to serving top-quality fish that’s responsibly sourced. Our Haddock and Cod come from the cold, clean waters of the Icelandic and Norwegian oceans, where stocks are among the fastest growing in the world.

All of our fish is MSC certified – meeting the Marine Stewardship Council’s strict standards for sustainability and full traceability. This means it’s been caught in a way that protects fish populations, supports healthy ocean ecosystems, and keeps illegally caught fish out of the supply chain.

From ocean to plate, every step is carefully monitored – so you can enjoy your meal knowing it’s been ethically and sustainably sourced.
